The villa is located in Pianella, near Pescara overlooking two mountain ranges. The upper floor of 100 m + terrace 50m contains a spacious living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms. Our farm, a part of the land around the Villa, is more than 100 hectares large (placed on the right of the Pescara river, on the hills facing the river and on the valley plain). On the hills there are 19 hectares of vineyard: Montepulciano, Cerasuolo and Trebbiano d'Abruzzo all registered in the production list of D.O.C. wine (Controlled Origin Denomination), and also the olive-yard for the extravergin olive oil. On the valley plain we cultivate cereals, peas, tobacco, fruits and vegetables for agriturism necessity. We also breed chickens for eggs and meat, and sometimes lambs and pigs for the home consumption.
