This holiday home was completed in 2006, and it has been lovely decorated. It has about180 sqm living space - fully air-conditioned - and a very nice outdoor space including pool. We have enough furniture out here to make you feel comfortable, for example sun chairs, a table for six people and of course a grill.A big pool which can be heated by a solar system also belongs to the house.The furnishing is very individual. Situated in a quiet, very beautiful neighborhood of Cape Coral, close to the so-called Rosegarden , it lies directly at a canal and has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. It has a living space of 230 sqm and offers space for 8 people. Most of your time you will spend in the generous pool area. Take one of the many deck-chairs we have for you, sun bath and then hop into the solar/electrically combined heated pool of 12 x 5 m.The swimming pool is automatic salt water sanitized. Great for our youngest and all people with sensitive skin.The equipment of the villa is just fantastic:Inside you will find a fully equipped white varnishing kitchen with granite worktop including all electrical devices and household appliances.Of course we do also have sufficient glasses, dishes, cutlery and so on.The kitchen is open towards the living area and has a counter with stools. The attractive breakfast corner with four comfortable wicker chairs and a glass table is situated in an oriel with view to the terrace and the canal.The living room with view to the pool area presents an inviting leather couch. Integrated in the wall is a cupboard where a big flat TV set is with a screen size of 117 cm.
