It is the only rental unit in our gated property. We have one of the best close-up views of the beach and ocean in the southern coastal region overlooking Playa Dominicalito only 600 feet away. Ballena Marine National Park is only a 15 minute drive down the Coastal Highway, with a gorgeous string of beaches along the way and two other National Parks close by including Manual Antonio just 35 minutes to our North. Our vacation rental is great for those on their honeymoon or wanting to pretend they are on their honeymoon.From your top floor 180´ unobstructed ocean view terrace you can see a variety of birds and wildlife throughout the day. Watch the activity of the local fishing boats from the small anchorage in the bay. There is a primary jungle ridge behind the house that is corridor for white-faced with best viewing results early in the morning & late afternoon so bring your bonoculars.Olas Hermosas sits on a rare spot on the ocean side of the coastal highway, built with the remarkable view as the architectural focal point and from every part of the efficiency you'll see the beautiful bay, stunning beach and ocean views. A king-size bed converts to two twins, and for the third or fourth person there is one double futon and/or a high end air bed with pump. All you need to bring are your personal items.The front of the property has a private gated entrance. You do not need a 4-wheel drive since you never have to leave pavement from the airport to our gated entrance. You will only be a mile from shops and restaurants in the village of Dominical. There are a couple of restaurants that walking distance from the property. The front yard area is fully landscaped using tropical plants and flowers found locally. The efficiency is perfect for a a single person or a couple but can accommodate 4. You can enjoy the views from the comfortable outside furniture or the inside couch positioned to maximize your view. The top floor unit has a full kitchen, full bath, air conditioning, hot water and access to washer/dryer. A private gated entrance with off-street protected parking and private terrace is yours to enjoy. Olas Hermosas is only two kilometers from little shops and restaurants in the village of Dominical. A wonderful waterfall with swimming hole is not far away.
