Located on a beautiful quiet beach, we offer the choice of two tasteful apartments or their combination as the whole house, depending on your group size. Each apartment is completely independent of the other with its own entrance to the property, yet easily combined for larger groups to sleep up to 14.Upstairs at Casa Caracol comfortably sleeps 6 people with two bedrooms and two bathrooms while Downstairs at Casa Caracol has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps 8. Each has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living rooms and a large private veranda overlooking the beach and sea. A lazy ten-minute stroll along the seashore will find you in the lively centre of San Pedro Town. Casa Caracol Upstairs The Upstairs at Casa Caracol is a light, open and airy design that incorporates two bedrooms, two bathrooms with spacious accommodations for up to six people. The large living area has vaulted hardwood ceilings, ceiling fans, air conditioning and direct access to the Deck through French doors. The kitchen has all the expected modern appliances including a gas stove oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and blender. Casa Caracol Downstairs The Downstairs at Casa Caracol is a fully equipped home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and spacious accommodation for up to eight people. All three bedrooms have sea views, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds, the third has a king bed with the option of two single beds. There is also a double size futon in the living area. The two full sized bathrooms have all towels (beach, bath, hand, and face), linens and hairdryers, provided. The open plan living area has a large kitchen fully equipped with all the major appliances you would expect at home. Included is a gas stove/oven, microwave, fridge freezer, blender, and coffee machine.

Our cozy home is perfect if you want to experience the beauty of Guatemala and feel at home at the same time. Wake up to the sound of the Guatemalan countryside (roosters in the distance, chanting birds). Open up your eyes as the sun rises and watch the face of the nearby volcano transform from a shadow to a pink/yellow morning glow inviting you to experience another wonderful day in the tropics. Walk up to our newly added roof-top terrace for a good morning stretch or a serene yoga session amidst the colonial roof tops, taking in the 360 degree breathtaking view. You suddenly learn to feel alive again!Come cocktail time, just pluck a lime from our Gin & Tonic tree and shake away to a cocktail mix listening to a nice beat from our hi-def stereo system. Wait its sauna time in our backyard Mayan sauna!Our house has 3 wonderful bedrooms (each unique and pleasant to be in), a maids room with lavatory & a small TV room (can double up as a 4th & 5th bedroom), an office, 4 full bathrooms with shower (one has a bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with dining table seating 6, a fireplace lounge, a music lounge (Moroccan style where you can lay back on a myriad of pillows), a storage room and a covered outdoor lounge. There is a front and back garden as well as a 2 car parking area. We can assure you that you will love our house and your stay here should be very relaxing. At no extra charge, we also leave at your disposal a 4 wheel drive car (Land Rover Discovery - for driving around Antigua only). Use it to quickly hop into town (3 minutes to Antigua) and stroll down the cobbled streets - maybe have a latte at one of the nice Cafes in town.

The house is very close from Managua, it is a safe place, private, 5 minutes away you find the town of Casares where you can buy and get fresh fish and seafood for very convenient prices, also there is a restaurant and hotel called El Casino, also 5 minutes from La Boquita beach and 15 minutes from Huehuete beach where you can do boogie board; in the morning when the tide is low you can go on the rocks looking for small shells , at night you can warm up by the bonfire.

Resting on the hillside overlooking Hermosa Bay and her majestic sunsets sits a truly unique property. Casa Puesta del Sol is available as either a 3 or 5 bedroom vacation property. The upper Casa is 2,700 sq ft. Sleeping 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the home is beautifully complimented with handmade tropical wooden doors, cabinets and windows. Custom made rattan furniture adds the finishing touches of luxury to this outstanding home. The pool with its sunken bar contains 4 full size bar stools, a sink and refrigerator also has 3 in the water bar stools and whirlpool with built in bench. The views of the ocean from all areas are simply spectacular. The newly added 2 story Casita would, by itself, be a fantastic 2 bedroom 2 bath rental home. Both homes are connected by a short staircase from the upper home's backyard. You access the Casita on the 2nd floor with its great ocean views.The Casita is also decorated with custom rattan furnishings. A private world has been thoughtfully created for your senses. The Rainforest Backyard abounds with fauna and flora. A rock waterfall with cascading waters into the lagoon pool and matching stone patio for sunbathing complete this magical natural paradise. Both homes are totally private yet so close together. Privacy is maintained even though both homes are located on the same lot because they exist on two different levels. When traveling with a larger group this feature allows for moments of sequestered enjoyment. Nowhere in the Papagayo area will you find a property that compares with Casa and Casita Puesta del Sol.

Belliview, is a great beach front family house situated on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The house is on the beach, just a small flight of stairs from the coast. Located just 45 minutes to 1 hour outside of Managua (the capital city) makes it an easy drive away from the city. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a pool, and fits 10 people. It is fully equipped and provides AC in all rooms. Also included is a 2-person kayak. ATV rental is available upon request. These nearby locations allow for a range of restaurants, internet cafes and stores. Masachapa is a fishing town. Daily you will see fishing boats go out to sea for the catch of the day. Fresh fish is available for purchase every morning and fishermen or locals will happily take you out for a ride at sea for a small fee. Nearby beaches - Pochomil, Montelimar, Quizala, Gran Pacifica (with golf course). Largest nearby town – San Rafael del Sur (12 mins)
