Our home is Ideal for large families or groups, having 3 family areas and masses of space.Unlike most Orlando rental villa’s every room in this home has been professionally decorated to a very high standard (compare the photos of our home with others on this site to see the difference!).All the furniture is expensive and to a very high standard. The double beds all have upgraded mattresses, ensuring a relaxing night’s sleep. A formal lounge area is at the front of the villa, and a large family area, with a huge HD flat screen TV & entertainment centre, overlooks the huge pool deck. A 3rd family lounge is on the 2nd floor, again with a large flat screen TV. You will be blown away by the spacious landing area which overlooks the informal dining area and rear family lounge.We have a formal dining area with seating for 8 round a Captains Table , and the informal breakfast/lunch table seats 4 (although our guests usually eat these meals outside).One of the spacious Master suites is on the ground floor, with walk-in closet, and the other 5 bedrooms are upstairs. These include another spacious Master suite, a Queen Guest Room with en suite bathroom, both with walk-in closets, Mickey’s Room with bunk beds, TV, etc. and The Princess Room, which will capture the dreams of every young lady – or ladies - who are lucky enough to stay in it.Enjoy all day sunshine in, or by, our extended private south facing pool/spa looking out on to the conservation area. With 2 out door tables and chairs the deck is ideal for al fresco dining. Optional pool heating for the main pool and spa can be requested during the cooler off peak months. A pool safety fence is provided for your optional use, and ensures young children cannot get to the pool if they go outside unattended through the patio doors. This can easily be removed if you do not have any young children in your group.The whole family can spend the evening in the splendid games room. Choose air hockey, pool, billiards, or a dart game while relaxing or watching the TV in the games room. Our home has 8 televisions and 4 DVD players. 1 high chair 1 pack n play.The home has been professionally decorated, has upgraded mattresses and one of the best supplied kitchens of any vacation home in the area. Welcome to our spectacular 4 bed 3 bath Flordian villa situated on a sensational, stunning 18 hole Golf and Country Club with a heated pool and games room. Location Our villa is situated on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club on Highway 27, 5 minutes from Interstate 4. From our villa, a short walk will take you to the clubhouse which has a bar and a first class restaurant which serves very good meals. The clubhouse overlooks the magnificent golf course which you can view whilst enjoying your meal or drink. Southern Dunes is a gated community for safety and security for all residents and holiday makers and has besides the golf course; a tennis court, fitness center, children's play area and community pools are situated on the development for use by all residents and guests. On holiday all members of a family need their own space to relax and chill out or to interact with other members of your group. Having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms our villa is ideal for a large family or 2 familys to share. Our villa has 3 main social areas, unlike some 4 bed villas that lack living space. We have a frontlounge with 2 sofas and the formal dining area, this is an area to relax, read and have a quiet moment. Walking through a high arch leads to the rear lounge and kitchen area with the breakfast nook. This area has 2 sofas with a large television and DVD player to watch the local channels or one of the DVD's in the villa. The villa also boasts Wi-Fi internet access.

The rear of the property overlooks a lake and fountain, is on a larger than standard plot and is fenced each side for added privacy. The villa can sleep 14, having 6 bedrooms, three are en suite one having a balcony and another doors to the terrace. There is a family bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. A spacious master bedroom having balcony with new patio set and loungers overlooking the lovely lake and fountain,has a king size bed, a large en suite with bath and separate shower, walk-in closet and 2 vanity units. 2 bedrooms downstairs have queen size beds and en suites, one is particularly desirable as it has doors leading onto the pool terrace.There is another bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed,a twin bedded room having the family bathroom at the same end of the galleried landing. There is a further twin bedded room downstairs that has the new shower room opposite. All bedrooms have a TV / DVD / VCR combo and extra blankets are provided. Further new fold up bed and pull out mattress supplied. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.Hairdryers supplied.The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, cooker/oven, slow cooker, liquidizer, toaster, coffee maker plus ample equipment and crockery. The large washer and drier are located separately in a closet in the games room.The spacious living room has 2 large leather sofas and a 56 TV with satellite, DVD and VCR. The dining area and breakfast bar together has seating for 10 and living room for 6, giving ample room for large groups to eat together.NEW!We have replaced the TV combo on the landing relaxation area with a new flat screen TV, PC and some games for all the family to enjoy. Our Home is a luxurious 5 bedroom 3 bathroom pool home. Luxuriously decorated and furnished throughout we are licensed to sleep 12 people in comfort. A large informal sitting area with high ceilings. The family room is open plan to the kitchen,and dining room. The ideal area to relax and watch our large screen Plasma TVwith cd player and cable TV. A great room. Our well equipped modern kitchen contains everything from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge,freezer with built in ice-maker, telephone along with other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware.
