Beautiful Holiday Cottage

A spacious one bedroomed cottage (larger than the average two bedroomed cottage) With galleried bedroomed overlooking a large living room in the centre of which is a log burner on a stone plinth. Agan the bathroom is large enough to contain a five piece suite (i.e. including bidet). Two tvs, satellite television and wifi. The cottages are superbly situated very close to the beautiful valley of Dovedale in a lovely part of the Peak District National Park, between the highly acclaimed village of Hartington and its smaller neighbour, Biggin-by-Hartington. We are extremely well placed for most of the major tourist attractions of the area, such as Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Castleton Caverns, the Dove and Manifold Valleys, plus the attractive local towns of Buxton, Ashbourne, Bakewell and Leek. There is excellent walking from the doorstep. There is a network of quiet country lanes in the immediate vicinity, making our cotttages a superb base for cycling but in addition there are three cycle trails, of average 17 miles length, within 3 miles, one being accessible only a mile away.
