   DORCHESTER VACATION COTTAGE RENTAL DESCRIPTION :
 
Situated amid heathland and beautiful scenery of East Dorset. The village is said to have taken its name from a wooden cross mounted on top of a tall tripod, used as a direction beacon to travelers crossing the extensive heath.
As well as our heated pool we of course have central heating throughout, log burners, guest lounge and bar with digital television . Laundry service, tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. The choice of full english breakfast or continental breakfast and our picnic hampers available on request for a truly special packed lunch.
