Danes Cottage can sleep 3 people, with its double room and single room. A seperate guest bed can be made available on request suiting a child. All rooms are No Smoking and pets are not welcome only guide dogs, this is to ensure that every guest recieves the four star quality service throught the accommodation. Danes Cottage was awarded a 4 star self catering award by Quality in Tourism in February 2007 for its quality and standard.The lounge has a TV, radio, video, DVD player and a Sony Playstation 1 for your bored teenager. We do have a small selection of popular video games, DVD's and local history videos of Lincoln.
The lounge contains a three and two seater sofa. All furniture conforms to the Furniture and Furnishings Fire Safety Regulations 1998.Danes Cottage is heated via a conventional gas central heating system which can be programmed to suit your requirements during your stay. Danes Cottage is yearly inspected by a CORGI registered engineer to conform to The Gas Safety Regulations 1994.
All portabe appliances are tested yearly to IEE code of practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment.
