Only 2 mins walk to beach, bus stop just outside with hourly service to Eastbourne town centre where there is large leisure centre with swimming pool & gym, a good range of shops, cafes, more restaurants, theatres, the Pier and childrens' adventure park. Plenty of tourist information at the flat.

Sovereign Harbour is about 3 miles from the Town Centre and is the largest marina development in the UK. Started in 1993, it includes some 76 acres of water with 5 harbours and more than 1300 berths. The locks are manned 24 hours a day, every day and visiting vessels are always welcome. Berths are available to rent either daily or weekly. |
