Take the A283 towards Fittleworth, take the right hand turning B2138 towards Arundel. Pass the “Swan Pub” on your right, cross the river, go up a hill and just before the top take the small turn on the right marked Coates, this is Coates Lane. Proceed for 0.8 miles. You will pass the church on your right, and 100 yards further on at 0.8 miles, take the private drive on the right to COATES CASTLE.
The Cottage Have A delightful airy room with a large comfortable double bed, furnished with antiques and with plantation shutters leading out onto the private balcony overlooking the garden, perfect for viewing the stars. It has an en-suite bathroom with large shower.
