This is a ground floor apartment and offers one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower over bath) a delightful sitting room with a large fireplace and log-burning stove (electric). This room is comfortably furnished to a high standard.

A smartly fitted kitchen/breakfast room with microwave, fridge/freezer electric cooker and all the usual and necessary equipment. There is a wealth of original oak beams throughout giving a really olde world and cosy feel to the property.

All linen is included in the rental and beds will be made up before arrival. There is a washing machine on site for guests to use. There is a large garden with plenty of seating and free access to B.B.Q for alfresco cuisine. Electricity is by £1.00 coin meter. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
