This spacious Victorian waterfronting house is set in an enviable position overlooking the river, near the Ferry to Bodinnick. There is a patio, balcony and delightful sheltered terrace over the river with access to the slipway and water. The property has a mooring and is a short distance from Caffa Mill Car and Dinghy Park and a level five minute walk from the town centre. On the lower ground floor you enter the Cornish slate built cellars of the former "Sailors Return" an eighteenth century pub but now delightfully converted. The dining room, with beamed ceiling, leads onto the terrace, low beams in the kitchen area - beware tall cooks!, with gas barbecue and excellent river views. It has steps down the Passage Street Slipway. The kitchen is also on this floor and this is superbly equipped with a range of fitted units, gas cooker, washing and drying machine and dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one of which has a bay window with lovely views, and a bathroom/wc with a shower over the bath. The second floor has two further bedrooms, one with river views and double bed; the other a single bed and full sized bunk beds.
