It is 7 miles from Huddersfield & 11 from Halifax, West Yorkshire. Titanic Spa, with its superb range of facilities, is only two and a half miles away.
South facing within the sheltered, wooded valley, Merrydale, this ancient, cobbled pack horse road echoes to the sound of falling water. This secluded property is within Merrydale, an area designated as a 'Site of Scientific Interest'. The abundant birdlife of this local beauty spot includes kingfishers, herons and sparrow hawks.
In addition to the private patio there is a large shared garden that includes a mill pond and stream. There are 11 golf courses within 5 miles.
