Cottage no. 3 is a ground floor flat, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, and fitted with all the equipment found in the other accommodation. This flat sleeps a maximum of 4 people. Bantham is situated at the mouth of the River Avon in Bigbury Bay. The beach, which is approximately 300 meters from the accommodation, is probably the finest undeveloped stretch of of soft sand in the South Hams. Ideal for children, it has many rock pools for them to play in. For the family, there is Woodlands Leisure Park, Sorley Tunnel, Pennywell Farm and the Butterfly and Otter sanctuary - all within approximately half an hours drive. In addition, there is the National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth. Kingsbridge has a large sports centre with a 25 meter swimming pool and a toddler pool, and offers a range of other activities either at the centre or around the area.
