Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the house is set in 12 acres of ancient semi-natural woodland with boundaries to the rivers Fowey and Warleggan, and we are very lucky to have breathtaking views and delightful walks through the grounds and beyond. The immediate countryside supports a wide variety of nature with wild roe deer, otters, badgers, water voles, wild birds including hawks, finches, wagtails, woodpeckers, kingfishers and a wide variety of butterflies.
