These recently refurbished spacious cottages each sleep 8 in four bedrooms, a double and a twin on the ground floor, and a double and a twin upstairs.A bathroom (with shower) & a 3rd loo are located downstairs with a shower-room upstairs.The large kitchens are well equipped with dishwashers, washer/dryers & breakfast tables in addition to the standard equipment.
There are separate dining rooms seating up to 12. By adding the matching table from the kitchen this brings the seating capacity up to 16.Both cottages have patio doors giving glorious views across our fields & the Avill Valley.Having lockable internal communication doors Tivington & Exford can be booked together to create an ideal accommodation for 16 people in 8 bedrooms. Alternatively, another cottage (sleeping 2-6) can be booked with either Tivington or Exford to cater for groups of 10-14.
