Nestled in the heart of 'Herriot Country,' these spacious cottages offer an ideal retreat with uninterrupted views over the surrounding countryside. Located behind E1mfield Country House, both Clover and Bluebell cottages were designed with spacious open plan lounge/dining rooms which are furnished to the highest standards. The kitchen contains cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and all other essential kitchen equipment. Both cottages have a double room with en-suite shower and twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one bathroom in each is designed to enable use by disabled visitors. Parking is on the same level immediately adjacent to the cottages. There is also a children's play area next to each cottage.
There are 2 bedrooms in each property - a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedded room with an en-suite bathroom. Both cottages have been planned with the disabled in mind - the shower room adjoining the double bedroom is spacious enough to take a wheelchair.
All the electricity, central heating, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking for 2 cars directly outside the property.
