The spacious 150 sq meter property sleeps 8 (plus one baby in cot) in 4 bedrooms, all ensuite.
The entrance on the first floor leads into a carpeted dining room/kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, modern kitchen units and a calor gas cooker. There is a large pine dining table and chairs and a woodburning stove. This leads into a spacious sitting room. From the sitting room there is a staircase to the ground floor which has two bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. One room has twin beds and the bathroom has a w.c. and hip bath; the second room has a double bed - the bathroom has a w.c. and a conventional bath and also houses a small automatic washing machine. There is a shower fitment in both bathrooms. Staircases lead from the two first floor rooms up to two almost identical bedrooms, one with two single beds , one of which is a large cast iron one. The other bedroom has a regular sized double bed. Each of these bedrooms has its own w.c., washbasin and shower. There is electric central heating throughout.
Plouer-sur-Rance is five minutes by car and has a good supermarket, plus the usual boulangerie etc.. The lovely medieval port of Dinan is also just ten minutes drive away: St Malo and Dinard (with beaches) are twenty minutes away. The ferry port of St Malo has a convenient overnight crossing from Portsmouth.
