In terms of location the apartment is about 10 minutes from the airport. It is close to all amenities, shops, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and launderettes.
In each town along the coast there are Marinas, all filled with luxury yachts. Nice is full of attractions and things to do. Along the beach there are many watersports, bicycles and roller blades for hire. Being very historic there are many beautiful old churches to visit, galaries galore and museums. It is wonderful for browsing the shops and the tiny streets of the Old Town. There are all the lany towns along tthe coast to visit, the most famous being Monaco, Cannes and Saint Tropez.
