Le Tilleul and Les Cyprès are on the lower level and are reached by sets of steps at either the side of the house. They are self-contained apartments of 55m2 and the layout of each is almost identical but there are slight variances in furnishings. Each apartment has its own television, kitchen, fully-tiled shower room and a dishwasher. A patio garden table and chairs are provided and there is a shared washing machine in the sous-sol of the villa. Sun loungers are provided around the pool.
