Villa Artemis is made up of two apartments. The main apartment can be rented out alone for 5 persons, or together with the ground floor apartment, for up to 10, if more room is desired.
The main apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with an open fire place and a dining room, wc and store room. Balconies lead out from the entrance, kitchen and dining room. On the second floor you'll find two bedrooms, one with bunk beds and another with two single beds and a roll away for a fifth person and a view of the ocean, a store room and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have balconies. Marble stairs lead to the roof terrace from where the view of the ocean and mountians is terrific.
The ground floor apartment has three bedrooms.
All rooms have airconditioning, central heating and hot water is unlimited.
The fenced in garden is complete with barbecue, ample garden furniture and secure parking. This is a quiet safe area with very little traffic, ideal for children.
Excellent place to stay for all year round vacations with many spectacular famous places to visit, lots of beaches, islands and things to see and do.
Artemida, is a little coastal town with a small harbour.10 minutes walk from sandy beaches. Surfing here in excellent.During the evening or the cooler season enjoy a walk along the beach and admire the views - you can see right the way to the mountains of Evia.
Along the coast road you'll find family friendly Taverns. The night life is good with bars, clubs and discos open all year round. A bakers, supermaket and other shops are 10 minutes walk from the villa.
The Port of Rafina is 5 km away.Take the SeaJet for a daytrip to the islands of Andros, Tinos, Mykonos or Paros.
Athens is just 20 km away and easy to reach with bus and metro. Athens is not only rich in history but offers traditional markets, elegant shops, parks, restaurants of all kinds, exhibitions, concerts, galleries, museums and churches.
