BRACCIANO VACATION VILLA RENTAL DESCRIPTION : |

This lovely new guest house in the ground floor of the villa for three to four persons, was completed in April 2006. It is fully independent and composed by own bathroom and kitchenet , king size bedroom, large sitting & dining room,swimming pool, private entry and parking lot, open veranda, large garden of 1500 square meters. From the garden the view is over the old town of Bracciano, the Odescalchi Castle and the lake with the mountains behind.
San Celso holiday home is located just few minutes’ walk from the lake beach, on the outskirts of the village. Quiet and peaceful, yet only few minutes from the many water sports on the lake, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa's guest house benefits from its own private pool, just outside the guest house with a private garden perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious veranda with stunning views to the Castle and Lake, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one bedroom and two sofa beds in the sitting room, the apartment is ideal for families looking for fun and relax.

Within 1.5 KM. from the guest house, Planet Sail located on lake's shoresis is giving sailing and windsurf lessons, for adults and children, from April to September every year. Official rates are Euro 290 for adults and Euro 200 for children till 17 years of age.The courses are based on 6 days for three consecutive week-end, however we can arrange lessons to be taken in one or two weeks, provided a minumum of four partecipants of different ages. Requests to be submitted well in advance. |

Drive out from Fumicino, and take the direction to Rome after approximately 4 KM turn left on the highway direction Civitavecchia, go through Maccarese pay toll station, where you have to pay Euro 1,90. The second station after Maccarese is Cerveteri, where you go out and turn left direction Cerveteri, after the bridge on the highway turn right at the traffic lighter direction Bracciano, and when you reach the next traffic lighter after approximately 16 KM, cross it in the direction Bracciano and proceed about 300 meters passing under the bridge, turn right for via
San Celso direction Anguillara, proceed down hill exactly for 550 meters, and turn right at number 8. Proceed uphill till the third road on the left, turn left and proceed till the fifth Villa on your left,indicated by the number 6 . You have arrived.
