Our lovingly restored traditional 19th Century Marchigian farmhouse has real cotto tile floors and beamed ceilings throughout. Located in the heart of the Italian countryside, our property is surrounded by 16 acres of farmland complete with vines and olive trees. It enjoys a sunny, south-facing open aspect, giving beautiful views of the surrounding area from both apartments, and the garden has an external lighting scheme.
We have two well-appointed apartments comprising Papavero on the ground floor for 5 people and Pipistrello on the first floor for 4/5 people. Both apartments have under-floor heating and fully-equipped modern kitchens. Bathroom towels and bed linen are provided.
In each apartment bed linen and bathroom towels (changed weekly) are provided. Guests are requested to bring their own pool/beach towels. To the side of the house there is a gazebo with table and chairs for 6 people for general use. There are also two barbecues. We have a private 12 x 6 metre internally lit swimming pool (open May-October) with sun loungers and umbrellas. Ample parking is available on a gravelled forecourt. A summer house with a shower and toilet is located near the swimming pool.
The property is just over an hour’s drive from Ancona airport and is within easy reach of the magnificent Sibillini Mountains and National Park as well as the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Sea.
