One Bedroom Apartment

The flat is situated 47 Vicolo del Bologna, between Piazza Santa Maria In Trastevere and Piazza Trilussa (in front of Sisto bridge) right in the center of Rome and in the heart of Trastevere, the oldest and most typical area of the city. Wholly restored, bright, furnished and tastefully decorated, it has a surface area about 55m² and is equipped with all modern conveniences and air conditioning. It can ideally welcome from one to five people. It consists of a small hall, a spacious and cosy living room with a comfortable sofa bed (1,40 m), a large bedroom with a queen size bed, a fitted and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a nice bathroom with tub and shower. An extra bed for one adult may be put anywhere in the apartment. A shared terrace allows to take advantage of a fine view on the city. The flat equipment is: air conditioning and central heating. 1 fridge and freezer. 1 gas cooker with electric oven. 1 microwave oven. 1 dish washer. 1 stereo system and radio. 1 iron. 1 hair-dryer. 1 toaster. 1 comfortable pull-out bed (1,40m) for 2 people in the living room and 1 extra bed for 1 adult people, which can be place anywhere in the apartment. Home linen (sheets and towels) is provided. All shops, supermarkets, markets, launderettes, restaurants, pizzeria, bars, night-clubs, Internet points, cinemas and theatres are in the immediate proximity of the apartment. Far from only few minutes to Campo di Fiori, Palazzo Farnese, Piazza Navona, Isola Tiberina, the Ghetto, il Circo Massimo- it’s possible to visit on foot all the historic Rome, including the Vatican City under 30 minutes walk. On the spot, there is a bus for Monteverde, the Janicule hill upstairs Trastevere, from where you can see the most beautiful panorama on the city. This bus leads also to the historical centre. At Piazza Piscinula, at the end of Via Lungaretta, you can find a taxi station and the tram for Trastevere station and Piazza Argentina.
