The casa is designed in traditional Mexican style with an interior patio and fountain at the street entrance. This is a quiet and secure transition space, away from the street, and secured by both wrought iron gates and heavy wooden doors. It is a safe storage and staging area for bulky items such as luggage, golf clubs, coolers, and fishing gear.
The kitchen also opens to the terrace, the pool and ocean, and has a separate service entrance. It conviently serves the entertainment area, interior dining spaces, and the terrace and pool area for outdoor dining. Two refrigerator/freezers offer redundancy for those all important entertainment needs. Outside, tall jasmine hedges, stone walls and the beach wall provide privacy.
