Casa Viva Troncones consists of three Casitas, palm-thatched roofed bungalows, each with a private bathroom built into a natural setting spread out amply over almost an acre of beach front property. Located right on a private secluded beach in Troncones, guests can enjoy Casa Viva's Common Area that includes a spacious pool, Jacuzzi, dinning room, living room, kitchen and plenty of hammocks. As a eco-resort, we feature green architecture, edible landscape, natural grey water systems, solar/thermal water heading, and much more. We focus on creating a true balance between the need for privacy and for group fun, focusing on the right balance of private and public spaces. Breakfast is included with your stay along with an open and stocked beer cooler.

The closest airport is Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo (ZIH) and it is about a 30-minute drive to Troncones Beach. You can take an airport taxi or rent a car. We can pick up for an extra fee.
If you are driving, here are detailed directions:
Take the road to Lazaro Cardenaz (from Zihuatanejo – towards Ixtapa, you will by-pass Ixtapa and three small pueblos, Salitera, Pantla and Buenavista.
After Buenavista, on Kilometer marker 31, you will see a small capilla (chapel) and then the sign that says Troncones.
Take a left and drive all the way to the Pacific Ocean (T-in road) and make a right (towards Manzanillo Bay), drive about 1 mile. Casa Viva is on your left, right after Casa del Riscal.
