Plaza Mar is located directly on Los Muertos Beach in Puerto Vallarta, it is only two blocks from the downtown area of Puerto Vallarta. It is a quick and easy walk to fine dining and shopping. Most of the newer hotels are north of town which are not within walking distance of the town square, restaurants, and shopping. In addition, the north hotels are in the American part of town and are very Americanized, which does not give you the true Mexican feeling.
Plaza Mar is located in Zona Romantica, the best location in South Puerto Vallarta on Los Muertos Beach. Playa Los Muertos is Puerto Vallarta\'s most popular beach lined with bars and restaurants providing beach service. Plaza Mar is privately-owned and operated condominium, part of a 31-unit complex within walking distance of all services; unique restaurants, sidewalk cafes, shops, and E-mail cafes. Car rentals, ATM machines, grocery stores, and laundry within one block radius. There is abundant nightlife within a few blocks including Senior Frogs, and Andales.

The condo has two air conditioners and three ceiling fans. There is a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster blender, pots and pans etc. cable TV with two TV's and a stereo with CD player. There is a safe in this condo to lock up your valuables. There is High Speed wireless internet available and a computer with internet available in the lobby of Plaza Mar. This building is one of the only buildings in Puerto Vallarta that is handicap accessible. There is maid service 3 times a week. (note: maids do not do dishes, iron clothes, etc.) |

The name of my condo is Plaza Mar Condominiums #306, it is located at Lazaro Cardenas 155 on Los Muertos beach in old Vallarta. The condominium is located directly on the most popular beach in Puerto Vallarta (Los Muertos) and is in the heart of the "Old Town" section of the city called "Zona Romantica." The condo is on the third floor and the building has a elevator and 24 hour security. It is a one bedroom (king), one bathroom unit with a Futon one extra person. The condo is within walking distance of everything that is popular in Puerto Vallarta -- beaches, sensational restaurants, boating, para sailing, shopping, fishing, sightseeing and clubs. |
