Casa Valentin is a newly refurbished, four-level casa tucked away on a hillside just two blocks from Basilio Badillo, the famous "restaurant row" of Old Town Puerto Vallarta. Reached by a wide public stairway, the casa rises heavenward to afford sweeping vistas of the region.
The roof-top terrace (level four), complete with outdoor kitchen and gas barbecue is the perfect place to lounge in the sun by day, watch the fireworks over the bay by night, or just sit back, sip a margarita, and soak in the view any time.
The third level is an open floor plan with living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Three arched windows frame unobstructed views of downtown and Banderas Bay. An elegant tiled bathroom, complete with shower, and a circular stairway to the rooftop terrace complete the space.Two one-bedroom suites, each with a tiled bathroom, new furnishings, private entrance, and outdoor balcony, comprise the second level of the casa.
One bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a set of twin beds. Levels two, three and four are rented as one unit - "the upper casa" - sleeping four persons (or six if the inflatable aerobed is used on the third level).
The lower level is a complete one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with kitchen/living room, a courtyard patio and private entrance. This apartment has a trundle couch in the living room for additional sleeping and can accommodate four people. (For rent seperately depending on availability)
Rent either the upper unit only (2 bedrooms), or rent them together for a larger group and enjoy the whole casa!
The private garden and dipping pool are available to both the apartment and the upper casa. A laundry room with washer and gas dryer are available to both units as well.
