Visitors come in the high season to escape the winter cold, & in the summer & fall months for world class, deep sea fishing. Casa Verano is just two blocks from the beach. It is an authentic Mexican-style villa. Great for one or up to three couples, as it is has a gorgeous upper level with separate entrance from the main level.
The home was originally built by a very well-known figure. One of the original Marlboro man models. The main level has a beautifully furnished master bedroom with a window air conditioner, & master bath. Another fully furnished 2nd bedroom with ceiling fan. A main area bath, with full kitchen, dining area, & sitting area. Walk out of the front doors to a lovely, private, patio area with your own private swimming pool. It also has a small courtyard in back.
The upper level has a beautiful fully furnished bedroom with ceiling fan, 2 sliding glass doors, a gorgeous large bath, an outdoor balcony patio kitchen, & wet bar. It also has a lovely decorated, rounded covered balcony area that overlooks some of the most breathtaking sunsets found in the world. The upper level also has a sun balcony off of the bedroom overlooking the rear courtyard.
The garden areas are beautifully landscaped with palm trees, other tropical plants, and trees. Night time at Casa Verano is very romantic with the exterior wall lighting adorning the private swimming pool and the patio area.
