Located in the gated community of Punta del Burro - approximately 35 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport , this property actually consists of 3 houses, Casa Selvatica, the main house on the beach, Casa Buena Suerte, a suite of rooms in back through the garden, and Casa Lilia, the "Marble Room", a studio on the pathway to the beach. The recent addition of the two superbly built bungalows, within 10 paces from the main house, brings the total capacity of our 4 bedroom home rental in Punta Mita up to 10 using the four bedrooms, and the convertible couches in one of the two living rooms.

The main house of Casa Selvativa, featuring high undulating bamboo-covered ceilings and sculptured walls, was designed by the award-winning Mexican architect, Christina Duque. This distinctive Punta Mita, Mexico vacation rental is accented with Mexican marble, tropical hardwoods, hand-painted tile, lush vegetation, and original art.
