Situated on the beach and overlooking the incredibly turquoise green and blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, Casa Maya Playa, our Cancun vacation rental condo is a perfect getaway home to spend a holiday with your family or friends.

This 3 bedroom condo rental in Cancun can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The luxurious bedrooms have three king-size beds. The bathrooms are well appointed as per modern standards. You will be delighted to use the fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite recipes.

For your entertainment, there are three cable TVs, three DVD players and a CD stereo in our Cancun, Mexico vacation rental. There are three private swimming pools including a lap and an infinity pool along with three hot tubs to revel in. Relax over a cup of hot coffee or your favorite drink while enjoying the garden and ocean views. Other on-site amenities include a beauty spa and two private saunas. Wireless Internet access is also available to catch up with emails, keep tabs on office, work or surf the web. Sorry, no pets and smoking please.

A short drive from this Cancun vacation condo will take you to the world famous Mayan Ruins at Tulum or other attractions like Splash, or the underwater caves at Xcaret. All the water sports avenues are with in five minutes of our Cancun oceanfront condo. Scuba diving, jet skiing, parasailing and sunset cruises are all part of the fun that you will find here. If you are looking for more adventure then you can swim along with dolphins or hand-feed sharks.

There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes near our Cancun condo rental, which serve varied dining options along with mouthwatering local cuisines. You will find the best of French, Japanese, Chinese, Cuban and Italian restaurants and the local food has a wonderfully distinct flavor. Shopping centers are also close by, where you can stock up on supplies or buy souvenirs and gifts for your loved ones.

  The world famous Mayan ruins at Tulum is just a 40 minute drive down the coast.

ALL THE WATER SPORTS are within 5 minutes of my home. SCUBA and snorkeling are unsurpassed as the ocean here in Cancun has some of the clearest water in all the world. Jet skis, parasailing, and sunset cruises on big pirate sailing ships are all part of the fun you will find here.

SWIMMING WITH DOLPHINS and hand-feeding the sharks are one of the many attractions here and is located just 5 minutes away. Don't worry though, the sharks are trained not to bite the tourist's fingers!

CANCUN RESTAURANTS are also world famous for their international cuisine. Find the best French, Japanese, Chinese, Cuban, Italian restaurants all within 5 to 10 minutes from my home. You will notice the Mayan influence in cooking here. They use spices that are not found elsewhere, and the local food has a wonderfully distinct flavor.
