Villa Juana is a two bedroom, two bathroom two level luxurious home with a private pool on the North side of the island of Cozumel. It is in the most beautiful and exclusive area of Cozumel.
On first floor of the Villa there is the living room, full kitchen and dining room. From the dining room there are French doors that lead into a screened in porch facing a beautiful garden with grass, palapa, and a 25'X14' fresh water pool. From the garden there is a door, which opens onto a walking path leading to a sandy and almost private beach, which is generally shared only by the people who live or rent houses in the complex. It is less than a minute walk to the beach.
The second floor of the house has a master bedroom (king size bed), with a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. The extra guest room has 2 twin beds, and has a balcony overlooking the front grounds of the house. The second bathroom is located outside the guest room.
The house throughout is luxurious and spacious with beautiful furnishings. We try to give you the feeling of a home away from home.
Villa Juana is located in the private, quiet neighborhood of Country Club Estates, across the street from the newly opened Jack Nicklaus designed Golf Course. The Villa is 100m from the beach and is accessed through a sandy path.
