At Villas Topaz, relax in a cushioned lounge chair around the pool or in the tropical garden as you listen to the gentle sound of water cascading from the natural rock fountain into the slightly raised level of the pool. Enjoy a siesta in one of the double size hammocks under the large palapa covered patio. Blossoms of bougainvilleas, hibiscus and other tropical plants and flowers adorn the garden and there are banana trees, a little lime tree and a beautiful, large tropical shade tree.
Completely air conditioned throughout, this villa has 4 master bedrooms, each with it's own private bath and it is extremely well equipped and filled with amenities you will love. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants, less than 500 yards from the Mexican Caribbean and within walking distance to a public beach (south) and the main square downtown (north). The largest grocery store on the island is only 2 streets away...a 3 minute walk.
For greater guest privacy, the villa is divided into two separate units, each with 2 master bedrooms and baths, living/dining area and full kitchen. The architect who designed Villas Toapz even made sure that no bedrooms share a common wall.
There is a privacy fence around the property, a gas BBQ grill with a sink and food preparation area, cushioned lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs, 2 covered patios with tables and chairs, hammocks, an outdoor shower, dive rinse tank, secure drying areas for scuba or snorkeling equipment and off street parking inside the gates.
For your enjoyment there are color TVs with cable service, free wireless high speed internet (bring your laptop) DVD players, a selection of DVD movies, CD players music CDs and a reading library. There are 2 safes for valuables, the phones are for local calls, but if you have ATT, MCI or Sprint long distance you can dial their international numbers to make long distance calls. Both kitchens are fully-equipped with a stove, refrigerator/freezer, blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, cookware and utensils. There are even spice racks and beautiful hand painted margarita glasses.
You control the air conditioning with remotes that set the temperature you prefer in each room. There are ceiling fans throughout, special cushioning on all four king-size beds for extra comfort and a pressurized water system. You will have use of the 2 sets of washers and dryers on site in the evenings for personal laundry.
Villas Topaz is recommended for up to 8 guests, but with the extra bedding we can provide it will accommodate up to 11. Although our standard arrangement is 4 king size beds, we do have a double futon in one downstairs bedroom and the bedding arrangement is flexible to meet the needs of our guets as one king size beds upstairs and one downstairs can each be converted to 2 twin beds.
For families with small children we can provide a Graco Pack N' Play, a small infant crib, a high chair and a stroller at no charge if these are requested when you make your reservation.
