It is now under a new management that is committed to offering an even higher level of service and customer experience. Playa Palms is a beachfront hotel located on a pristine beach in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Our 39 studios & suites are designed to give our guests an out of the ordinary hotel experience in a timeless environment with a high level of comfort and functionality. Situated directly in front of the Caribbean, our studios & suites have a spectacular ocean view that can be enjoyed while lounging on a large private terrace or resting inside the tastefully decorated rooms. We are located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, and our guests have one foot buried in the Caribbean sand and the other ready to take just a few steps to visit the broad array of shops, restaurants and bars on and around the bustling 5th Avenue.
