It is conveniently located in the serene and secure Las Conchas Gated Resort Community just two miles from the Old Port in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), Sonora, MX. It has central A/C and heat. Three bedroom/2 bath with full "eat in" kitchen, spacias living-room area, free WI-FI/local phone, lots of amenities, and secure parking next to the house.
The house is one story with shaded patios front and back, and a Pergala shaded deck with a fantastic close view of the sea for sunning, watching for dophines, or just lazying around with margaritas. The garage is made available only for longer term renters.
