Each floor level is completely self contained, with a full kitchen, fully equipped, fridge, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, cooking and serving utensils, dishes, silverware), living room and dining area. Linens/towels and even wine glasses, are supplied.
Air conditioning on each floor. All suites have ceiling fans. A filtered swimming pool. Outside beach shower, 150' to the beach. Sleep to the sounds of the ocean. Great sandy beachs for children and warm ocean waters. No high waves to concern parents. Coconut trees abound.
The Villa has a combined total of 5 bedrooms, all with closets, tiled showers, TV and private bathrooms. In excellent condition. Several hammocks available (useful as cribs also).
Each floor level is air conditioned and also screened for maximum cross ventilation of sea breezes. Every room has ceiling fans,
The spacious GROUND floor level (wheel chair accessible), has one suite, twins or King bed, full kitchen. Two bathrooms. AC.
SECOND level, has 3 suites,each with shower and bathroom, opening onto a view sun deck. kitchen and dining area. AC.
PENTHOUSE: 1 suite King bed or twins, AC. Huge dining and living room, dining table seats 6, plus 4 more at the kitchen table.
This spacious five suite Villa can be reserved separately for small groups or, the complete Villa can be reserved for larger groups.
This luxury Villa is furnished with Mexican carved furniture. All suites with showers, bathrooms, TV and ceiling fans.

Many Mayan architectural sites and ruins abound on the Yucatan Peninsula, Chitzen Itza, 1.5 hours drive, Uxmal, 1 hour. Campeche a fortresse town is 2 hours. Explore small villages, Colonial towns, cenotes,and early defunct relics of Hacienda's of a bygone Spanish era. Roads are good. Cancun, Cozumel and Mexican Riviera are 4 hour by toll road, about $30 by coach.1000's of pink flamingos seen on local lagoons.
Merida, a 1700's colonial town, is 25 miles south of Progreso. It has Embassies, Plazas, beautiful buildings, Blvd's, night life, cultural bustling town center. Most cultural events are free. Progreso, has a fine esplanade and beach area, supermarkets, colorful street vendors and boat harbor. Shop for fine carved local artizan products. |
