One or two bedroomed apartment in 1900 villa in central Auckland. Larger apartment has a main bedroom with a queen bed and a smaller bedroom with twin single beds and also a closed-in porch with another single bed in it. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. The smaller apartment has queen and single beds in the large bedroom.
The apartment has SKY TV,video and CD players, security and fire alarms and a telephone for free local calls. We also offer guests free access to our email. The apartment is well equipped including a full kitchen, dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. It is warm and sunny but has good heating for cold spells.
Each of our three apartments has its own walled courtyard and separate entrances. We live in one. The great thing about Lillington Villa is that we are handy to give you advice or assistance as requested but you can be as private as you want in your own unit. A lockup garage is available.
We have travelled widely and know the importance of finding a home away from home in a foreign country. That is what our guests tell us we provide. We are always happy to help guests find their way around Auckland or New Zealand.
