Rivendell is a home which marries together 2 architectural styles, an older 1970's dining, sitting area with a wood burning stove and a cathedral ceiling, 2 smaller bedrooms with wooden Kauri floors, a bathroom and separate wc. A laundry and a modern, fully fitted kitchen. Walk through the long, tilled hallway past a shower room, into a spacious formal sitting room. This part was stylishly developed in 2002. This room is set up to be used as a large home entertainment area with stunning views across the lake and the valley. Off to the side is a cosy study. Upstairs are two very large double bedrooms, which share a modern spacious bathroom. All these rooms open out to a covered wooden veranda which wraps around the new part of the house. Come and enjoy a fabulous yet rustic experience.
