The kitchen/living/dining area flows out onto a big decked area and then onto the lawn and beach.
The open plan kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a double electric oven, gas hobs, dishwasher, fridge and pantry that unfolds into the dining and living areas with modern furniture, sound system, widescreen plasma television, DVD and Video with plenty of books. Large bi-fold doors lead from the living area onto the deck and BBQ area. There is also a large well equipped office where a PC is available for use as well as an extra broadband connection for your personal laptop. The laundry is located near the back door and has a modern washing machine and dryer with ironing facilities and a double hot water cupboard. The remote controlled single car garage also houses the drinks fridge, boogie boards, surfboard and a surf ski available for your careful use. There is also a hot outdoor shower.
