This is a lovely detached house with sun terraces and a
garden located about half way between Reid's Palace Hotel and the centre of the City of Funchal. It is only a short walk to the major hotels,restaurants, seafront. Special arrangements in place for access to a local hotel's swimming pools(7.5 Euros per day instead of 14 euros per day.The house will sleep 5 people comfortably but a sixth person can easily be accommodated in the top room, on a day bed, adjacent to the morning sun terrace.There are two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and spacious sitting room. The prices(for 4 people) range from £600pw(approx. $1200) in the low season up to £750pw(approx. $1500) in the high season.It is only about 20 minutes drive from the airport and the above rental costs include the cost of the taxi from the airport to the house - but not the return trip to the airport.Lots of lovely flowers, trees, views, walks,'levadas' and a comfortable pleasant temperature all year round.
