The archipelargo of madeira lies west of morocco and north of the canary islands and features some of the finest food, weather, and wine on earth. It also has a rich history dating back to the early 1400's. Christopher columbus studied on the neighboring island of porto santo. This volcanic island is a nature lover's paradise. The madeira regency club is located in the capital city of funchal and faces the ocean. The resort is within a ten minuate walk to the heart of funchal but shuttle service is provided.
