This cozy beach house is located at Solimar, Luquillo. Solimar is a gated community with 24-hour security and it is just steps away from the popular Luquillo Beach. This private community has entertainment for the whole family: 2 tennis courts, 1-1/2 basketball courts, pool, gazebo, gym and a grass volleyball court. The house can comfortably accommodate 8 adults. It has two bedrooms with Air Conditioning, (1 bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed). The kitchen is complete with all the necessary kitchen tools and gadgets for beach entertaining. The living room has Air Conditioning, 2 full futons, TV/DVD and tons of games/movies for indoor entertainment. The villa have a huge gazebo overlooking a beautiful communal patio,perfect location for lunch/dinner with the BBQ. The house has 1 bathroom and a washer and dryer. This house was just completely remodeled; all the furniture and kitchen appliances are brand new.
