This one bedroom condo has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a full size sofa bed in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, fridge, stove/oven), Cable TV, AC and ceiling fans. The complex has a pool and coin-op laundry facilities. The condo is ideally located in El Condado, San Juan’s main tourist area. It is across the street from the beach, major hotels and the San Juan Convention Center; 5 miles form the airport and 3 miles from historic Old San Juan where you find excellent shopping, restaurants, museums and stunning views of the Old City, the San Juan Bay and other amenities. It is within walking distances to boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Cartier and Channel. There are over 25 restaurants that offer affordable menus (some are opened 24 hours). It is close to banks, medical facilities and pubs and there is a 24-hour drug store with a food mart and an Internet Café in the same block. Public transportation is readily available and is quite inexpensive and reliable; most major car rentals are also within walking distance.
