The Gardener's Cottage comprises a lounge with dining area off, a separate fully fitted kitchen with separate utility area with drying facilities, full bathroom with shower and toilet, an additional ground floor w.c. and 4 bedrooms; i.e., - one double, one twin, two singles. As well as the standard range of facilities mentioned the Gardener’s Cottage also has a family size dishwasher and a food processor. Heating, including hot water, is conveniently provided by an oil fired central heating system* supplemented by an electric bar/convector heater in the lounge.
In common with the other two Cottages all bed linen is included in the rent and there is ample parking for 2/3 cars is provided beside the cottage. Depending on the breed concerned one dog per cottage may be permitted by advance arrangement. Only electricity used in excess of £5.00/wk is payable at the end of each stay and towel sets, a child’s folding bed or cot and high chair are available (extra) if required. A large print brochure and welcome pack are also available on request.
