'Ceol Na Mara’ has five timber framed lodges all are self catering units overlooking the bay to the summer isles and the mountains beyond . It is situated at the edge of the pine woods on Mellon Udrigle’s safe sandy beach, an open area of some fourteen acres, it has a private track with no through traffic where sheep roam freely. The Lodges are set on the edge of pinewoods some 30 yards from the beach, so positioned you cannot be overlooked by your neighbours. Each lounge has a window view of the bay, isles and mountains. The units are all electric offering a Television, full Kitchen facilities (Microwave, Cooker, Fridge, Kettle) and individual room heaters. There is a laundry on site with washing machines and tumble driers. Bath mats, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge, also cots and high chairs. There is a double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds and one with two divan beds. Each Lodge sleeps 1 – 6 people [five adults]. At the western end of the beach there is a short circular walk to the cairn on the point and then across and down to Opinan Bay with a return to Mellon Udrigle along the old peat track, approximately a two mile walk.
