Warm comfortable cottages in secluded grounds 1 mile from Nethy Bridge in the Cairngorm National Park. Footpaths and bicycle tracks lead directly into the Abernethy Forest nature reserve and on to Loch Garten, the river Spey or the Cairngorm mountain plateau.
This was built 30 years ago specifically for comfortable and convenient holiday accommodation with all rooms on the ground floor and on the site of the old laundry room, stable and work shops. The roof also has stone slates from Tomintoul, but the windows are double glazed and a French window from the living room leads directly onto the grass at the front of the house. It is secluded with a beach hedge. A stream is piped under the front lawn and runs on through the grounds before joining the river Nethy.
