Two spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One has a double bed and the other 'zip-linked' singles, converting to a comfortable King size [with the option of an extra Z-bed]. En-suite with bath and spacious shower room.

"We stayed in the Portland Apartment in June 2008 for 2 nights. The accomodation is spacious, new, beautifully decorated and has a wonderful balcony to relax on. It is just minutes from buses to central Edinburgh which was very convenient for our sightseeing adventures without a car. There are also many restaurants to choose from nearby.
Jean and Ian were gracious hosts who supplied us with very helpful information for our first visit to Edinburgh. Their welcome pack of food was especially appreciated and allowed us to have a leisurely breakfast, rather than having to rush out the next morning to find food for ourselves and our hungry teenagers.
