The penthouse apartment comprises 3bedrooms(1xdble +en-suite,2xtwin)can sleep between 6 and 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use (No beach towels) The penthouse apartment has 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, (1 off master bedroom,1off lounge south facing). Air conditioning in every room(cool in summer, warm in winter) For your entertainment there is a wall mounted LCD TV, dvd, satellite with English channels and mini hi fi system. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, microwave/grill, fridge freezer, a kettle and a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. We have also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. Selection of books and board games. The penthouse has access to a shared swimming pool and garden. From the main balcony you have panoramic views which include sea views and the local golf coarse. If you are driving there is a gated private car park. In fact all the comforts of home!

The freedom from clouds makes the area very dry and gives it, it`s amazingly clear bright light. A little inland famous films have been shot here(Indiana Jones) and the sets now have been converted into mini Hollywood with its own wild west town set in the sierra L mella natural park. There are 2 excellent golf courses nearby, Almerimar and Aguadulce. A trip to Cabo de Gata nigar nature reserve is a great day out for hickers, nature lovers in the opposite direction, Sierra Nevada nature reserve. The surrounding whitewashed villages of Felix and Enix set in the mountains above Roquetos, which itself has lots of shops ,bars cafes and beaches. Almeria is only half an hour away which has lots to see and do. This is where you will find the local railway station. The Siera Navada mountains are near by for skiing,so you could be swimming in the sea in the morning and skiing in the afternoon. There are a wide range of activities ,sailing,water skiing,boat hire,fishing,cycling quad biking
