La Brisa is our unique home of character when in Andalusia, located in the beautiful exclusive private pine wood of Pinare de los Franceses and situated a short drive from the blue flag beach of Barrosa, historic white villages of Conil and Vejer, and the superb Ballesteros 36 hole Novo Sancti Petri Golf course. Lovely views from the roof top terrace extend into the pines and to the swimming pool. There are enclosed walled gardens with parking for several cars and a profusion of flowers including bourgainvilla, hibiscus, and oleander and a small grove of citrus trees include orange, lemon, gratefruit and fig. The wood is quitely situated on the edge of the inland bay of Cadiz 600 metres from a \"mirador\" overlooking the \"marismas\". The villa is completely refurbished and re-decorated, with SKY satellite TV and DVD player, small library and dvd collection. The completley fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher,
microwave oven, gas hob, electric oven, and larder fride/freezer and outside is a seperate washouse
including an automatic washing machine; spanish deep sink for cleaning wet suits etc. and iron and board.
Rooms are tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style with pictures and all bed linen and personal
towels are included with services in the rental.
