la Parra is a rural property, surrounded by orchards growing organic produce, and is one of two units within the main farmhouse of Caseria el Pozo. El Olmo is the second unit and El Mirador de La Vega is a third unit which is separate from the main farmhouse. La Parra has a large living room/dining room with a large open fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room and a seperate toilet. There is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. During low season La Parra can be reserved as one unit for up to 6 guests, however during the summer, Christmas and Easter it may only be reserved in conjuntion with El Olmo, the second unit within the farmhouse.
The farmhouse has a large patio (courtyard) with many trees, covered with a grape vine in summer and a separate terrace with shared swimming pool.
